Keep It Simple!
- After an accident, call AutoClaimDirect.com, and speak to one of our friendly team members who will start the claims process for you. We are recommended by many local recovery agencies. Your claim handler will advise you on the next step.
- Your recovery agent will transfer your car to one of our affiliated garages. If you can still drive your car, we will arrange for a replacement vehicle to be available for you to collect.
- During the claims process we will liaise with the garage and keep you informed on the expected completion date of the repairs to your vehicle.
- Once completed, we will arrange for you to collect your repaired vehicle, at which point you can smoothly return the replacement vehicle.
How long will my car take to be repaired?
As soon as your claim is opened, we will quickly arrange for your vehicle to be inspected by a fully qualified body shop mechanic. They will provide us with an estimated timescale of repair.
We will advise you on the estimated date of completion, and also keep you informed of any delays. Your replacement vehicle is guaranteed until completion.

Is There A Maximum Mileage?
No there is isn't a maximum mileage on your replacement vehicle, no matter on how long you have it.
Do I Have to arrange insurance for my replacement vehicle?
No, your replacement vehicle includes fully comprehensive insurance.
Do I need to return the rental with a full tank?
Your replacement vehicle will come with a full tank of fuel. We do ask that you replace the fuel you have used, and return the vehicle with a full tank.
